It is with great pride to announce the itinerary for Norwood High School’s home opener pre-game ceremonies to be held at Norwood High School beginning at 12:45 pm on Saturday, September 10, 2011. We are privileged to have the following dignitaries scheduled to appear at our pre-game ceremonies, Representative, John H. Rogers, Congressman, Stephen F. Lynch, Director of Norwood Veterans, Teddy Mulvehill leading us in a moment of silence and honoring the 10th anniversary of 9/11/2001, Norwood Police & Fire Color Guards, VFW Color Guards, American Idol semi- finalist & National recording artist, Ayla Brown to sing the National Anthem and honored guest, Arthur Gulla for the coin toss. This is sure to be a spectacular venue to be remembered for quite some time. We invite the community of Norwood to join us at the school on the hill and new state of the art athletic facility as Norwood hosts Needham for a 1:00 pm kickoff.
