Parkway Concert Orchestra - Open Rehearsals
Experienced volunteer orchestral musicians are sought for Parkway Concert Orchestra's fall season. There are current openings in the orchestra for horn and all strings (especially viola, cello and string bass).
Music Director Matthew Fritz will conduct the 50 piece orchestra in classical and pops selections in weekly Monday night rehearsals beginning September 12, preparing for concerts on November 6, December 4 and 11.

Open rehearsals will be held on September 12 and 19, from 7:30-9:30 p.m. at the First Congregational Church, 100 Winter Street, Norwood. Please let us know you're planning to attend and see if the orchestra is a good fit with you. Other instrumentalists are also encouraged to respond to have their names included in a list of possible substitutes as needed.
