Parkway Concert Orchestra presents "The Final Frontier

Spring Concert in Norwood on May 6

Parkway Concert Orchestra presents "The Final Frontier" on Sunday, May 6 at 3 p.m. at the First Congregational Church, 100 Winter Street, Norwood. Music Director and Conductor Matthew Fritz has chosen a lively program including Mars and Jupiter from The Planets by Gustav Holst and selections from SupermanReturn of the Jedi andStar Trek. The program features violinist Lucia Lin in Antonín Dvořák's Romance, Op. 11, and selections from Schindler’s List.

The program is supported in part by a grant from the Norwood Cultural Council, a local agency which is supported by the Massachusetts Cultural Council, a state agency. Donation is $15; $10 for seniors and students; and free for children under 12 years old.
