Finalists Announced For Coakley Middle School Principal Opening

NORWOOD, MA — Three candidates remain in the search for the next Coakley Middle School principal.

Superintendent James Hayden announced Wednesday that Jack Cawley, the principal of Kennedy Middle School in Waltham; Margo Fraczek, interim principal of Dedham Middle School, and Cari Perchase, principal of Medway Middle School, are the finalists for the post.

All three will be at Coakley Middle School May 3 for school tours from 11 a.m.-2p.m. and 30-minute meet and greets with the community. Cawley will start at 6 p.m. and will be followed by Fraczek and Perchase. The 60-minute tours will be done individually.

Following the day at the school, Hayden and incoming superintendent Dave Thompson will interview the finalists on May 4 and choose a candidate to present to the school committee by May 10.

Hayden said the decision will be made by Thompson.
