NORWOOD, MA — A GoFundMe campaign aims to cover the afterlife costs of two Norwood residents Victoria Cody and Alex Pandolfo,who both died this week. "Alex and Vicki's Farewell" was created by Jennifer Cooter and has raised $14,142 with a $30,000 goal as of Thursday afternoon. "We are putting this page together in hopes of gathering donations for both Vicki and Alex's afterlife arrangements. During this unfathomable time we want to ease the financial burden placed on their loved ones," Cooter wrote. The crash occurred during the early hours of Jan. 31 on Walpole Street. Police said two vehicles suffered extensive front-end damage: a 2011 Toyota Camry carrying three people and a 2011 Dodge Ram with just the driver. Cody, the driver of the Camry, was pronounced dead at the scene.
