Here's a Look at the 2016-17 Norwood School Calendar

NORWOOD, MA — Less than a month remains of the summer break, which means it’s time to talk about the upcoming school year.

Norwood students will head back to class on Sept. 6. Kindergarten students will start school the next day on Sept. 7.

The first off day of the year will be Columbus Day on Oct. 10. Thanksgiving break will start following an early release day on Nov. 23, with classes resuming on Nov. 28.

The last day before the winter break is a half day on Dec. 23 and the first day back is Jan. 4.

The school district will wrap up the 2016-17 school year on June 19 if no snow days are used and June 26 if all five built-in snow days are used.
