​LCB Senior Living Announces Regional Director of Sales

From LCB Senior Living: LCB Senior Living is pleased to announce the selection of Nick Lausier as the company’s new Regional Director of Sales & Marketing for its northern region. In this role, Mr. Lausier will coordinate with and oversee the sales and marketing teams within LCB’s communities that are located in northern Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Vermont.

While most of the LCB Senior Living communities within Mr. Lausier’s territory offer independent, assisted, and memory care living services to area seniors, The Arbors of Bedford in Bedford, NH specializes in Memory Care Assisted Living.

Mr. Lausier has had over 10 years of experience in sales and marketing within the senior living industry. He has served in several sales, marketing, and operations roles with Benchmark Senior Living, Kindred Healthcare and SunBridge Healthcare. Prior to his employment with LCB, he served as Regional Director of Sales with Benchmark Senior Living for the ME, NH, VT and northern MA territory. Mr. Lausier currently resides in Spofford, NH with his wife, Morgan and two children, TJ and Max.
