Needham Police Log: Disturbance, OUI, and More
The following is from the Needham Police Log. Arrests and charges mentioned don't imply conviction.

March 2
12:45 a.n. - An officer observed a vehicle with a non functioning front headlight operating on Greendale Ave near Bird Street and stopped the vehicle. Following a brief investigation the operator, Daniel Lueth, 41, of Needham, was arrested for operating under the influence of alcohol. (2nd Offense).
Needham Police received a report from the town’s Highway Department that a street sign had been stolen. Needham police is investigating.

2:45 p.m. - An officer stopped a motor vehicle in the area of May St. The operator, a 35-year-old Lakeville man, was cited and will be summonsed for operating with a suspended license, operating with revoked registration, and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
A Great Plain Avenue resident reported that someone used her identity to file a fraudulent tax return. The IRS is investigating.

A resident on Woodledge Road reported that her car was hit while it was parked in a Chestnut Street parking lot on Feb. 17. No note was left and no witnesses reported seeing the accident.
6:15 p.m. - An officer responded to a Freeman Street address for a reported disturbance. An altercation occurred between women in the parking lot. All the involved parties were advised of their rights and that a report would be taken, all parties involved left the area without further incident.
March 3
1:40 p.m. - During crosswalk enforcement at the intersection of Highland Avenue and Mark Lee Road, an officer stopped a vehicle with an expired inspection sticker. The plate came back revoked for insurance. A 31-year-old Weymouth male will be summoned to Dedham District Court for operating a motor vehicle with revocation registration and not having current insurance.
March 4
A resident of Mann Avenue reported that someone used his identity to make fraudulent charges on his credit card. He notified the bank. They cancelled the card, issued him a new one, and will be investigating.
