Norwood 2016 Level 3 Sex Offender Map

NORWOOD, MA — There are two level 3 sex offenders living, working or both, or just frequently spending time in the Town of Norwood as of Oct. 16, 2016, according to the Massachusetts Sex Offender Registry Board.

Only the most severe sex offenders with the highest risk to commit another offense are designated as level 3 offenders, according to local authorities. The offenders are not wanted by police, and using this information or harass, discriminate against, or harm these individuals is against the law.

• Robert Lynch, 58, lives at 220 Nahatan St., Apt. F. In 1984, was convicted of indecent assault and battery on a person aged 14 or older; in 1998, he was convicted of indecent assault and battery on child under 14 years of age and attempting to commit indecent assault and battery on child under 14 years of age; and in 2001, he was convicted of open and gross lewdness and lascivious behavior.
• Kevin Walker, 52, works at 129 Morgan Dr. In 1999, he was convicted of two counts of indecent assault and battery on child under 14 years of age.
