
The Norwood High field hockey team will be looking to knock out No. 1 seeded Duxbury Sunday, Nov. 3, at 6 p.m. The Division 1 South quarterfinal game will be in Duxbury.
The Dragons defeated Hingham, 5-0, in the first round match, while Norwood edged out Canton, 2-1.
The winner will move on to play the winner of the Notre Dame Academy-Oliver Ames match in the semifinals.
The Norwood High girls' volleyball team will be face Bishop Stang in the Division 2 South tournament Sunday, Nov. 3, at 5:30 p.m. in North Dartmouth.
Stang is the fourth seed at 10-6, while Norwood is 13th and last in the pairings with a 6-13 record. The Mustangs made the postseason via their record against Divisional opponents.
The Norwood High football team lost a tough game in Milford, Friday night, falling, 7-0 to the Hawks. The loss dropped Norwood to 0-8 on the season.
