Norwood Fire Chief Has Second Thoughts On Retirement
Fire Chief Anthony Greeley has opted not to enter retirement next year.

NORWOOD, MA — Hold up on the retirement talks, Fire Chief Anthony Greeley isn't going anywhere.
After announcing his retirement last month, Greeley told the selectmen Tuesday that he is having second thoughts and will serve out the remaining 16 months of his contract.
"I have decided to move away from my decision to retire and stay. I know it's a 180 degree turn but I planned that for many months internally. Once I made that decision, I had a difficult time accepting my own decision," Greeley said.
