Norwood High Teacher In TCAN Players' Deathtrap
Norwood High History teacher, Robert Slotnick, to appear in The TCAN Players' production of Ira Levin's thriller Deathtrap opening Nov 7th.

From November 7-16, the TCAN Players present Ira Levin’s classic thriller Deathtrap at the Center for Arts in Natick. Robert Slotnick, of Natick, is a teacher of History at Norwood High. He was recently seen in Flyleaf Theater Company’s production of Shakespeare’s Twelfth Night in the role of Sebastian. A huge sports fan and fitness fanatic, this is his first show with the TCAN Players. Robert plays the role of Clifford Anderson, a college student who knows he’s the smartest man in the room and can bide his time his time to display it.
In the critically acclaimed play, a down-on-his-luck playwright’s student tells him that he has written the perfect suspense play and will bring it to the playwright’s Connecticut home that night. The suspense over whether the playwright will kill the student and take credit for his play forms the crux of this exciting play. Director Russell R. Green leads a cast of stellar local actors including newcomers and returning TCAN Players veterans.
