Norwood Lighting Closing At The End Of June

NORWOOD, MA — After 32 years in town, it's the end of an era for Norwood Lighting.

The store announced Monday that they will shut their doors June 30.

"A deep heart felt thank you to all our customers it's been a real please to serve you all," Tony Gentile of Norwood Lighting said in a post on Facebook.

Gentile told the Norwood Bulletin that he decided to close the store in May, citing the increase in online retail and big box stores.

Until the final day, the store will be open everyday except Sundays 9:30 a.m.-7:30 p.m.
