6:26 p.m. - Following a car crash at the intersection of Washington and Vernon Streets, Edson Macedo, 39, of Norwood, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
