Norwood Police Log: Multiple Car Break-ins, Threats, And More

February 17

6:48 a.m. - A vehicle break-in was reported on Ellis Avenue. Change and sunglasses were taken. More break-ins were reported at 7 a.m. and 9:17 a.m.

8:37 a.m. - A vehicle break-in was reporeted on Cameron Road. Nothing was removed or damaged.

9:04 a.m. - A vehicle break-in was reported on Codman Road. Nothing was removed.

9:17 A.M. - A car was entered on Margaret Street. Nothing of value was removed.

2:38 p.m. - A car was entered on Codman Road. Nothing was removed.

5:51 p.m. - A transformer and light pole on Route 1 caught on fire.

February 18

12:49 a.m. - A caller on Ledgeview Drive reported a man on his roof. Police checked the house and found no footprints or anyone on the roof. A second call at 1:01 a.m. reported a man and a woman on his deck trying to get in. One person was transported for a medical issue.

11:02 p.m. - A customer at the Mobile on Route 1 reported a group of juveniles who threatened the store clerk. The clerk told police that no threats were made and the group was only using vulgar language. They were advised not to return.
