August 21

12:15 a.m. - A verbal argument was reported on Tremont Street. Another argument was reported at 12:49 a.m.

4:03 a.m. - A caller near the intersection of Monroe Street and Grant Avenue reported a person yelling. Police found nothing during a check of the area.

August 24

7:03 a.m. - Downed wires were reported near Sam Furniture and Appliance on Washington Street.

8:11 a.m. - A bicycle was reported in the bushes near the intersection of Geraldine Drive and Walpole Street.

4:03 p.m. - A parent on Chapel Street reported a possible domestic situation at her daughter’s home. Police learned that the situation was actually background noise from a webpage.

August 25
2:48 a.m. - Westwood Police reported a person slumped over the driver’s seat in a vehicle near Burger King on Route 1. The driver, Cristi Indeck, 45, of Norwood, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor.

6:00 a.m. - A power outage was reported from Walpole to Washington Streets.
