NORWOOD, MA — Sisters, Deb Honor and Liz Hamilton, of Norwood, were among the 11 finalists invited by the New England Revolution to compete for the chance to perform the national anthem at a Revs home match during the 2019 season. They earned the opportunity by edging out the competition during the eighth annual National Anthem Auditions and making it to the live final showdown on March 21, at Lansdowne Pub in Boston.

Deb and Liz sang "Danny Boy" by Frederic Weatherly. During round one, they performed for guest judges Teal Bunbury, New England Revolution forward Charlie Davies, New England Revolution Club Ambassador, Patrick Heenehan, Event Presentation Supervisor of Kraft Sports Group, and Ashley Jordan, 2018 Boston Music Awards "Country Artist of the Year."

Bunbury told the sisters their voices are “as compatible as peanut butter and jelly.”
