Norwood Special Town Meeting Coming Up

NORWOOD, MA — Norwood's Special Town Meeting is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. on Oct. 7. Special Town Meetings are called at various times of the year as the needs of the Town and its departments require.

The Warrant has 15 articles within it that range from a tax increment financing agreement to zoning amendments.

The first article on the warrant relates to the possible approval of a Tax Incrementing Agreement between the town and Moderna TX inc. and BR Norwood Owner inc. Two articles on the warrant ask to allow selectmen to acquire land for conservation or open space.
