Olympic Champion Alysa Liu Headlines Summer Sizzler August 27th
The event at The Skating Club of Boston will feature Olympians and National Team members' new programs for the upcoming season
U.S. Figure Skating, the national governing body for the sport of figure skating in the United States, and The Skating Club of Boston, New England’s premier center for recreational and high-level training, will once again host a summer skating show, Summer Sizzler. The show will feature the country’s top skaters when they’re in Boston for their “Champs Camp,” the annual training camp for National Team athletes.
The event will take place on Thursday, August 27 at 7 p.m. at the Tenley E. Albright Performance Center at The Skating Club of Boston in Norwood, Massachusetts. Tickets are on sale now and range from $65-$150.
Featured skaters include 2026 Olympic champion, Alysa Liu; two-time U.S. Pairs Champions, Alisa Efimova and Misha Mitrofanov; and a host of other international and National Team skaters.Members of the 2026 Olympic team including Isabeau Levito, Andrew Torgashev and ice dancers Emilia Zingas and Vadym Kolesnik will also be showcasing their new programs.
"The Summer Sizzler is a great way to kick off a new season and celebrate the start of a new Olympic Quad," U.S. Figure Skating CEO Matt Farrell said. "There’s always a special energy that comes with fresh programs, new goals and plenty of anticipation for what's ahead. From our established stars to the next generation of American athletes, this event gives fans an early look at the skaters who will help shape the road to the 2030 Olympic Winter Games."

“The ‘Sizzler’ is fast becoming a summer tradition for Boston, and we are thrilled to help showcase these athletes and support their training,” said Doug Zeghibe, CEO of The Skating Club of Boston. “This event is a fundraiser to augment funding for these elite athletes’ training throughout the coming season, and it is an exclusive opportunity for fans to see the top U.S. skaters perform in the intimate setting of the Tenley E. Albright Performance Center.”
