9:05 a.m. - During a traffic stop near Brook and Nichols street, Senthil Manikantian, 30, of Norwood, was arrested and charged with failure to stop for police and speeding.

11:33 p.m. - A caller reported a drunk driver on Route 1. Joseph Lawlor III, 33, of Norwood, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and marked lanes violation.

8:57 p.m. - A fight was reported near the intersection of Pleasant Street and Railroad Avenue. Anthony DeCosta, 30, of Norwood, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. One person was given a courtesy transport to Dean Street.
