OUI, Stolen Go-Cart, and More: Norwood Police Log

April 6

2:50 p.m. - A three-car crash with a rollover was reported at the intersection of Washington and Prospect Streets.

4:06 p.m. - A caller on Winslow Avenue reported juveniles chasing a woman. An officer at the scene said everyone was gone on arrival and it was possibly a high school prank with water guns.

April 11

10:01 p.m. - Melissa Nicholson, 23, of Norwood was arrested at the intersection of Washington Street and Press Avenue on a warrant.

April 12

8:29 p.m. - Thomas Frey, 21, of Kingston, was arrested on a warrant.

April 13

9:52 a.m. - Anthony Decosta, 29, of Norwood, was arrested on Pleasant Street on a warrant.

12:43 p.m. - A resident on Norwest Drive told police that someone went through their glovebox and center console. Nothing was taken.

4:24 p.m. - A stolen go-cart was reported on Chapel Street. It was later recovered.

April 14

1:41 a.m. - During a traffic stop near Jack Madden Ford on Route 1, Corey Cignarella, 21, of Norwood, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and speeding.
