April 21
6:34 a.m. - A caller on Day Street reported a parking violation. While on the phone with the caller, a verbal argument started and the caller hung up. An officer reported an on-going problem between tenants of multi-family dwelling. At this time, the matter is resolved.
7:27 p.m. - A walk-in at the police station reported that someone may have been inside her vehicle on Gay Street. No evidence was found of forced entry or items stolen.

11:52 a.m. - A male on Gay Street was taken into protective custody.
