At 7:39 a.m., police reported a motor vehicle accident between a vehicle and a tractor trailer under Pendergast Circle on Providence Highway.
At 11:39 a.m., police reported a citizen’s complaint of a person in a wheelchair panhandling customers for money at Rite Aid on Providence Highway.

At 11:48 a.m., police reported a hit-and-run at Home Depot on Providence Highway.
At 2:04 p.m., police reported a citizen’s complaint of male bicyclist in a white helmet riding in the lane of travel and yelling profanities at passing motorists near Subway Hill and Washington Street.

At 8:44 p.m., police arrested Christopher J. Neas, 47, and Andrew J. Neas, 27, of 21 Elliot St. on warrant arrests on Elliot Street.
Wednesday, Sept. 24
At 1:10 a.m., police initiated a motor vehicle stop with a driving having mechanical problems with the vehicle near Washington Street and Walpole Street. The driver found a ride home and will remove the car in the morning.
