The Red Sox and manager Terry Francona parted ways this weekend after the team's epic collapse leading into a missed post season.

Francona led the team to World Series wins in 2004 and 2007, in his eight years as manager of the team. But many have said that after the Sox miserable 7-20 record at the latter half of the season, changes had to be made and Terry was the one to take the hit.
