Selectmen Approve New Norwood General Manager's Contract
The board approved the contract for incoming General Manager Tony Mazzucco. He will succeed John Carroll.

NORWOOD, MA — The last step in the general manager process took place at last week's selectmen meeting.
The board approved the contract for incoming Town Manager Tony Mazzucco. He will succeed John Carroll, who is retiring following nearly four decades at the end of the week.
I think it's a reasonable contract for both sides under current economic conditions," Selectman Allan Howard said.

Mazzucco has been the town administrator for Adams since 2014. He was previously the assistant city manager for Caribou, Maine and was one of three finalists interviewed for the position.
