5:34 p.m. - Slashed tires were reported on Washington Street.

9:30 a.m. - A motorist at the Intersection of Dean and Washington Streets told police that he assisted some baby ducklings with crossing the street and they were now in a puddle in the driveway of a home.

7:36 p.m. - A caller near Central Pest Control on Alandale Parkway reported a small brush fire. Officials believe the fire was possibly caused by a malfunction on a freight train. MBTA police were notified and officers checked along the tracks for additional burns.

7:40 p.m. - A brush fire was reported near the Coakley Middle School on Washington Street.
