Will You Watch Team USA in the World Cup Final?

Soccer fever has struck the United States.

The U.S women's soccer team has moved on to the World Cup Final for the first time since 1999.

The U.S has been close to the title before. The U.S is the only nation to make the semifinals all five times of The FIFA women's World Cup tournament.

The women's team gained a memorable 3-1 victory over France Wednesday to earn them a spot back in the finals.

The U.S will play in Sunday's final in Frankfurt against Japan.

In a lackluster summer of sports, the women's team is igniting excitement back into the American sports culture. With the NFL and NBA lockouts looming and the men's soccer team upsetting loss to Mexico in the Gold Cup Final, the U.S women's team is on a mission to change the course of U.S sports. 

Even though the U.S team has already had an accomplished and memorable run in the World Cup Finals, a loss may make people soon forget all of their hard work.
