Alleged Shoplifter Returns Stolen Hair Gel, Still Gets Arrested

PEABODY, MA -- Peabody Police were called to the Shaw's Supermarket on Andover Street at 9:18 pm Monday night. By the time they arrived, Nicholas P. Boudreau, 22, of 39 Garden Road Apt. B in Peabody, had already returned the hair gel he allegedly stole.
But Boudreau was arrested anyhow. Peabody Police took him into custody on an outstanding warrant and a new charge of possession of a Class C drug.

- On Tuesday, police responded to a report of a past assault at 7:02 pm on Newbury Street. Police issued a description of the suspect, who was seen leaving a park on a bike path, to Danvers Police. A short time later they arrested Tomaseo Joseph Graziose, 32, of 261 Nebury Street Apartment 62C in Peabody. Graziose was charged with assault and battery with injury on a disabled person over the age of 60, possession of a class B drug, and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon on a person over 60.
