COVID-19 Vaccine Boosters Available At Peabody Summer Concert Night
The shots are available as part of the Health and Wellness Expo at the Leather City Common this weekend.

PEABODY, MA — Peabody residents can get a boost against a possible COVID-19 infection at the same time they are listening to some cool tunes at the Leather City Common this weekend.
The Peabody Health Department is partnering with the North Shore-Cape Ann Medical Reserve Corps to offer the Moderna boosters as part of the Peabody Chamber of Commerce's Health and Wellness Expo.
The expo takes place during the free summer concert series on the Common from 6 to 8 p.m. on Sunday.

Horizon and the Horns are scheduled to play this week's concert.
The health and wellness expo will also include information on the Peabody Health Department's regional skin cancer prevention project, in collaboration with the IMPACT Melanoma Foundation.

The vaccination booster push comes as coronavirus rates are once again on the rise across the state with the positive test average topping 8 percent according to the most recent state metrics.
