Luso American Credit Union was founded in 1960 to serve the financial needs of the local community. We are a full service Credit Union and offer financial products, services, and delivery channels that you may expect from a larger financial institution, with the personalized and professional service that you crave.
We differ from banks, because we are a non-profit cooperative. As such, our focus is to reinvest in our members and assist in their financial success by offering better rates, lower fees, and put more money in your pocket!
We are a strong and sound, state-chartered and federally insured, financial institution with assets of over $90 Million. We are located in Peabody, Massachusetts and are overseen by a board of directors comprised of qualified and visionary community leaders who consistently center their attention on the future of the Credit Union, and more importantly, its members.
