There will be dozens of New England quality craft-ers to offer a wide variety of items including stained glass, jewelry, wood-crafts, quilts, holiday hand sewn items, and much more. There will be representatives from Avon, Cutco, Thirty-One Gifts, Simply Tasteful, etc.
Higgins PTO will be raffling several unique gift baskets made up from the generous donations we received from our local businesses and Higgins parents. We'll be having our very popular "Cookie Walk" and the Higgins Cafe will have refreshments available for purchase.
