The Young Adult Department at the Peabody Institute Library will host a free four-week yoga program for middle school-aged youth (ages 11-14) on Tuesdays, starting Jan. 10 from 4-5 p.m., at the Main Library, 82 Main St.
Yoga can improve focus and fitness, instill confidence and help control stress. This class, led by certified yoga instructor and library assistant, Betsy Reid, will introduce youth to basic yoga poses.
