The Peabody Recreation Department and the city of Peabody is putting on a “sweetheart” of a race in February – the first ever 5K snowshoe contest at Brooksby Farm. New city recreation director Jen Davis says that even if all the snow is gone by Feb. 19, the race will still happen – it will just become a trail run. You can register online here.
The race starts at 10 a.m. Registration opens at 8:30 a.m.
