Kevin Weeks was top Lieutenant to James ‘Whitey’ Bulger, head of the South Boston Irish mob, who has now been on the run for over 15 years. Now topping the FBI’s Most Wanted list, Whitey was second only to Osama bin Laden and still has a two million dollar reward on his head for information leading to his capture. In June 2009, Weeks was the main contributor for a Dateline NBC special on the trial of FBI agent John Connolly who, largely due to Weeks’ testimony, was convicted of second degree murder. Weeks has also been interviewed extensively on 60 Minutes, FBI Most Wanted, Fox & Friends, Biography Channel, National Geographic and the History Channel.
Phyllis Karas is the best-selling author of ten books. She is a contributor to People magazine and an adjunct professor at the Boston University School of Journalism. She lives in Marblehead, Massachusetts, with her husband. The North Suburban Jewish Community Center (NSJCC) in West Peabody offers adult, senior, and family programming in addition to its top-notch infant and early childhood programs.
