The YMCA of Metro North distributes more than $1.6 million in financial assistance to make its memberships, programs, and services accessible to everyone in their region regardless of their financial circumstances.
"This outing is about much more than golf it's about the reason you are here," said Kathleen Walsh, President and CEO of the YMCA of Metro North. "Right now, there are 800 children in our summer camps and 150 counselors and lifeguards on duty supporting them. More than 40 percent of those kids receive some kind of financial assistance to attend camp and that is possible because you are here today."
