Free Peabody Summer Concert Series Returns In July

The weekly shows begin on July 9 and include with a music and fireworks show with the Lisa Love Experience on Aug. 13.

PEABODY, MA —The Peabody free Summer Concert series will return on July 9 at the Leather City Common.

The weekly concert series will be either Sunday or Thursday nights throughout the summer and includes a concert from the Lisa Love Experience and fireworks show at Peabody Veterans Memorial High School on Aug. 13.

Shows run from 6 to 8 p.m. each week at the Leather City Common — except the fireworks show at the high school — weather permitting.

Horizon & The Horns begins the series on July 9, with Street Magic Acapella on July 16, Renee & The Renegades on July 23, Go Your Own Way on July 30, and the All That 90s Band on Aug. 10.

The Lisa Love Experience Show will be on Aug. 13 from 7 to 9 p.m. followed by the fireworks.

The series will then conclude with Bare Bones at the Leather City Common on Aug. 20.

All shows will have free admission and free parking.

The series is presented by the Mass. Cultural Council, Peabody Main Streets and the city of Peabody.
