Gentle Yoga and Meditation at the South Branch

The South Branch is offering a special series on Gentle Yoga and meditation taught by a professional instructor.

Explore gentle yoga and meditation to relax the mind and body. Join us at the South Branch as certified yoga instructor Kelley Annese guides you through easy postures and teaches meditation and relaxation techniques. No previous yoga experience is required. This is a 6-week series designed to introduce you to the practice of yoga and will gently build as the weeks progress.

Please bring a blanket to all 6 sessions. You may also bring a yoga mat if you have one.

To sign up for this series, please sign up on the first session date: Wednesday, April 22nd. Registration is required and space is limited. If you are unable to attend, please let us know in advance as others may be able to fill your slot.
