A spokesperson for the Essex County District Attorney's Office said foul play is not suspected.

PEABODY, MA — The Essex County District Attorney's office released the identity of a 67-year-old Peabody woman killed in a boating accident at a marina in Gloucester Wednesday. Essex County DA spokesperson Carrie Kimball said Saturday that foul play is not suspected in the death of Kathleen Call. Call was taken to the hospital by ambulance after falling overboard at the Cape Ann's Marina Resort off Essex Avenue around 5 p.m. Wednesday.

Call had just returned to the marina after an outing on a friend's boat. The friend found Call in the water and called 911 after taking a dog off the boat.
