Does your child have difficulties with behavioral issues, attention issues, anxiety/stress, or shyness? Have you ever considered an alternative to or an addition to medication? Magical Journey Kids offers meditation classes to children in grades k-3. Your child will learn breathing exercises, followed by an adventurous guided meditation and make a craft that is related to the meditation.
We offer 6 week, hour long sessions during the school year, as well as summer programs. Classes are offered on Mondays or Wednesdays in Wakefield and Saturday mornings in Peabody.
