At 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, the YMCA will hold an interactive program about being safe on and around bodies of water this summer. The YMCA will also have a table in the lobby all day with information about their swim programs.
"Having partnerships with organizations like North Shore Children’s Museum allows us to extend our reach and teach water safety skills to more people," Torigian Family YMCA Executive Director Cara Green said. "May is National Water Safety Month, and as the weather heats up, we want to make sure everyone has the knowledge and skills they need to enjoy the water safely."
