North Shore Disabled Veterans To Host Family Game Day In Peabody

PEABODY, MA — North Shore veterans, their families and community members are invited to a Family Game Day event on Patriots Day at the Peabody VFW hall.

The event is set for Monday from noon to 4 p.m. at the VFW Hall on Stevens Street in Peabody. The event is being co-sponsored with Hellfish Haven.

This event is open to veterans, their families, and members of the community.

There will be games for all ages, from young kids to adults.

Board games, video games, and classic favorites like corn hole.

The event is designed for veterans to meet and mingle with fellow members of the North Shore community.

The DAV provides support to family caregivers and their families.

Light refreshments will be available.
