OUI Arrest; Shoplifting: Peabody Police

Friday, Feb. 19

At 2:23 p.m., police assisted the fire department with smoke in a house on Donegal Road.

At 3:25 p.m., there was a motor vehicle accident on Lowell Street.

At 4:49 p.m., police arrested Anthony H. Carroll, 54, of 107 Lincoln Avenue in Saugus and charged him with uninsured motor vehicle, registration revoked, and forging or misusing RMV documents.

At 5:18 p.m., there was a motor vehicle accident on Andover Street.

At 7:15 p.m., there was a report of packages stolen on Aborn Street.

At 8:54 p.m., there was a report of a bb pellet shot through a windshield on Lynnfield Street.

Saturday, Feb. 20

At 3:53 a.m., a motor vehicle struck a pole on Lake Street. There was no one with the vehicle when police arrived. Police checked the vehicle for a possible address for suspects.

At 12:42 p.m., Ludmilla P. Bakanova, 33, of 16 Newhall Street in Lynn was arrested and charged with two counts of shoplifting.

At 4:48 p.m., a plow blade was reported stolen on Summit Street.

Sunday, Feb. 21

At 12:23 a.m., police arrested Rock A. Mastrangelo, 54, of 7 Thornton Circle in Middleton and charged him with failing to stop or yield, leaving the scene of an accident with property damage, and operating under the influence of liquor, second offense.

At 1:57 a.m., there was a report of a house fire on Tremont Street.
