Peabody City Hall Takes It Outside
Customer service kiosks open outside of Peabody City Hall to serve residents during the coronavirus health crisis.
PEABODY, MA — Those needing in-person assistance at Peabody City Hall can now get some fresh air in the process.
The city announced on Wednesday that outdoor customer service kiosks will be set up outside of Peabody City Hall on Mondays through Thursdays during the fall. The kiosks will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
The city said some services will be able to provided on site, while others will be forwarded to the proper department for a timely response to residents.

Residents can continue to access most services online, on the phone, through email and through the city's online services portal here.
