Peabody Crash Leads To Maine Man's 7th OUI Arrest

George E. Bradley, 50, of Limington, ME, was awaiting trail for his sixth arrest when he crashed Lowell Street on Thursday afternoon.

PEABODY, MA — Investigators say a Maine man who crashed a 2017 Toyota Tundra pickup truck into a 2019 Hyundai driven by a 77-year-old woman has at least six prior drunken driving arrests and has not had a valid drivers license "in years." George E. Bradley, 50, of Limington, ME, tried to pass several cars on the roadway just after noon on Thursday when he collided with the oncoming car. No one was injured in the crash, but both vehicles were damaged.

According to the Salem News, which first reported this story, Bradley was awaiting trial in Maine on charges stemming from his sixth driving arrest at the time of Thursday's crash. Bradley failed field sobriety tests then refused to take a Breathalyzer test, telling arresting Peabody Police officers "do what you have to do."
