Peabody Curbside Yard Waste Pickup Begins Oct. 10
Leaves and other yard waste will be picked up during five weeks this fall.
PEABODY, MA — The first day of fall means that raking season is just around the corner.
Peabody will help residents get rid of those fallen leaves with five weeks of curbside yard waste pickup this fall.
Curbside pickup of leaves and other yard waste begins the week of Oct. 10 and continues the weeks of Oct. 24, Nov. 7, Nov. 21 and Dec. 5.

Leaves will be picked up on the regular trash pickup day. Leaves must be placed in paper bags or barrels. No yard waste in plastic bags will be accepted.
Haulers may pick up standard trash early in the day and return for yard waste.

Yard waste pickup is free in Peabody.
Yard waste can also be dropped off at the Department of Public Services at 50 Farm Avenue any weekday from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Mondays through Fridays.
