Peabody Early, In-Person Voting Begins Next Week

There will be four days of early, in-person voting with the registration deadline to vote in the citywide election this Friday.

PEABODY, MA — Peabody residents looking to register to vote in the upcoming citywide election have until Friday with four days of in-person, early voting set to begin on Monday.

Early voting will take place from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at City Hall on Oct. 30 through Nov. 1. The final day of early, in-person voting is Nov. 2 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

The City Clerk's Office will be open until 5 p.m. on Oct. 27 for those looking to register to vote or record a change of address for the Nov. 7 election.

Polling locations will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Nov. 7.

Ward 2, Precincts 1, 2, 3: Holy Ghost Azorean Bhd, 20 Howley Street
Ward 3, Precincts 1, 2, 3: Torigian Senior Center, 75R Central Street
Ward 4, Precincts 1, 2, 3: Higgins Middle School, 85 Perkins Street
Ward 4, Precinct 3A: Brooksby Village MacIntosh Building, 300 Brooksby Village Dr.
Ward 5, Precincts 1, 2, 3: Peabody High School, 485 Lowell Street
Ward 6, Precincts 1, 2, 3: Burke School, 127 Birch Street

There are contested races for mayor, Councilor At-Large, and ward councilors in Ward 2 and Ward 6.

There are also contested elections for the Municipal Light Commission and the Library Board of Trustees.
