Peabody Launches Summer Eats Free Lunch Program For 2022
The program will run three days per week at the Library Courtyard, Higgins Middle School and McCarthy Elementary School starting next week.
PEABODY, MA — The Peabody Summer Eats free lunch is back for its 13th year this year at locations across the city starting next week.
Lunches will be distributed to any child up to 18 years old at the main library courtyard, the Higgins Middle School and the McCarthy Elementary School from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
Four lunches will be distributed on Friday to last the weekend and Monday.

The program begins on July 12 and lasts through Aug. 26.
Those picking up lunches at the library courtyard are also invited to cool off with Water Play Tuesdays and Camp Craft Thursdays.

No pre-registration is needed.
The program is supported with the help of Peabody Public Schools, No Child Goes Hungry in Peabody and Project Bread.
