Peabody Man Charged With Drug Possession After Overdose Investigation

PEABODY, MA — A Peabody man was charged with drug possession and arrested on a Massachusetts warrant following an investigation into an overdose last month.

Peabody police said Philip Dipaolo, 42, was charged early Wednesday morning with operating with a suspended license and possession of a Class B, Class C and Class E substance one month after police said they responded to a report of an overdose at a private residence.

Police said Dipaolo was held without bail and will be arraigned at Peabody District Court on all charges.
