Peabody Man Faces Gun, Drug Charges After Fist Fight: Police

PEABODY, MA — A Peabody police response to a fight on Silver Leaf Way led to gun and drug charges against one of the men involved in the fight on Tuesday.

Peabody police said they responded to a report of two men fighting and were able to identify both of them.

Following an investigation that involved a search warrant search of one of the men involved's home, police charged Justin Dimichele, 37, of Peabody, with unlicensed gun possession, five counts of drug possession with intent to distribute, and an additional five counts of drug possession.
