Police say Paul Caruccio, 43, became upset after a neighbor video recorded him riding an ATV through his condo complex Saturday.

PEABODY, MA -- A 43-year-old Peabody man will be in court Thursday for a dangerousness hearing after being arrested Saturday following an altercation with his neighbors. Paul Caruccio, of 11 Blueberry Way in Peabody, was charged with assault and battery, assault with a dangerous weapon, threats and disorderly conduct. Police say Caruccio threatened his neighbors, including one who was video recording him as he rode an all terrain vehicle through the complex, with a machete.
The man videotaping Caruccio is a member of the condominium board and had received several complaints about Caruccio and his ATV, according to the Salem News, which first reported this story. The victim had planned to show the tape at the next board meeting.
